The Villas at Blue Mountain is the newest passion project presented by one of Turks and Caicos’ most celebrated developers, Stan Hartling of the Hartling Group.

Architects — RAD Design
Designed by internationally respected architect Rafael Amuchastegui and his team at RAD Architecture in Miami, these homes are a stunning combination of glass and stone showcasing the sky, shoreline and sea. RAD has enjoyed a relationship with the Hartling Group for over two decades. Together they have designed and built numerous luxury resort and villa developments including The Palms and The Shore Club. RAD has designed other landmark projects including the Watermark in the Cayman Islands and received some of the industry’s most prestigious awards including the Continental Prix Versailles for exterior design.
